My friend modified one - by adding a silver towel handle to the side of it and putting it in his bathroom with a towel hanging from the handle. The handle serves two purposes:

1. It obviously holds the towel and 2. The towel covers the hole without limiting access for the cat.

These are a very dynamic and versatile piece of furniture with a variety of places and spaces you can put this unit.

My personal piece of Litter Box Furniture is almost the identical size and I have it in the entrance way hall, my husband puts his keys and wallet on it. However, I use it to displace decor and candles. I highly agree with the candles. They help with the scents obviously admitted from your fury friend's restroom. Also, the location. The Entrance way gets kept clean daily keeping any access litter under control. And the closet holding the litter is right there, totally convenient for everyone "Meow"
